Let's talk about security and violence. Anyone who wants to understand economic history must know both concepts and why they have been crucial throughout history, especially when it comes to money.

About 10,000 years ago, humanity transitioned from being hunter-gatherers to becoming farmers. This marked the greatest change in human history, according to Yuval Noah, the greatest author of the 21st century. This is because humans, Homo sapiens, changed their way of feeding, shifting from fruits and animal proteins to grains.

Moreover, life expectancy dropped from 30-40 years to 20-30 years. Although it may not seem like much, this represented a reduction of up to 50% in some cases. As counterintuitive as it may seem, this was because, instead of having a varied diet (meat, fish, fruits, etc.), humans transitioned to a diet based on a single food: cereals.
