A few months ago, I published an article about what I believed to be the best alternative to generate cashflow from Bitcoin. Not just a good option, the best one I’ve found after years of trying to live from flow without compromising long-term compounding. You can read that piece here.

The response was immediate. The adoption was strong. But what stood out most were the comments. Investors sharing how they were trying it, asking for more tactical details, and pushing the idea further than I had even outlined. I’ve attached one of those comments here, it captures the spirit perfectly. People are hungry for systems that actually work, not just narratives.

Since then, I’ve been working on something deeper. Trying to build a simple and pragmatic methodology that anyone can follow. One that doesn’t require day trading, constant asset shuffling, or massive upfront capital. Just a repeatable flow-based system to live from yield while building generational wealth.

And this part is key: although I’m a big believer in using debt and leverage intelligently, you can’t play that game unless you have real, recurring flow from productive assets. It doesn’t matter if that asset is Bitcoin, stocks, private credit, no flow means no margin.

That’s where this system comes in. Because when your income engine is reliable, you unlock optionality. Compare that to the typical real estate setup: you buy a property, it eats most of your net worth, you get a mortgage, and you cross your fingers. One vacancy, one delay, one rate hike and the whole thing can wobble. The debt remains. The flow disappears.

What we want is the opposite. A structure where the flow is flexible, scalable, and geographically agnostic. It’s like owning small slices of cashflow-producing assets scattered across the map, all paying you monthly, none of them existential. It’s the kind of antifragility you can’t get from a single piece of real estate.

So today I want to lay out the system we believe makes real sense, a strategy that gives you consistent monthly flow while compounding into hard money over time.
