These results have been achieved through hard work and perseverance. Li Lu was born in China in 1966, and when he was only three years old, he ended up in an orphanage separated from his parents. They were sympathizers of the People’s Republic.

Li Lu followed in his parents’ footsteps, and in 1989, while studying physics at Nanjing University, he attended the funeral of Hu Yaobang, a second-generation leader of the People’s Republic.
