General Overview of Real Estate Investment
At Asymmetric Finance, we have closely followed the real estate market and the opportunities it presents. In June 2021, we highlighted two key investments: gold and purchasing homes with a mortgage. At that time, gold was an attractive investment due to the lack of inflation. The general belief was that the central banks' bailouts during the COVID-19 pandemic would not significantly impact the economy. Since then, gold has appreciated by 15%. There have been other assets with better returns, but we were clear that those invested in physical assets would see a good return.
